Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to cancellations, returns and refunds for purchases made through Favoriva.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

1. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to any statutory consumer rights, Favoriva offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible, non-personalized physical products.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the product should generally be:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• in a condition suitable for resale,
• complete with any accessories or components supplied with it,
• and, where reasonably possible, returned with its original packaging.

The 30-day period begins on the date the product is delivered.

Products that are personalized, custom-made, digital or otherwise excluded under this Policy are not covered by the voluntary 30-day return offer unless otherwise stated.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where Turkish consumer legislation applies and the statutory right of withdrawal is available, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without paying a contractual penalty.

For physical goods, this period generally begins on the date the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer receives the goods.

The Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal between the conclusion of the contract and delivery of the goods.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of Favoriva's voluntary 30-day return policy.

3. Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Many Favoriva products may be prepared specifically according to the customer's instructions.

Examples include products containing:

• names,
• dates,
• personalized messages,
• custom colors,
• custom printing,
• customer-selected designs,
• labels,
• or other customer-specific details.

Where permitted under applicable law, products prepared according to the Consumer's specifications or personal requirements may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Once production or personalization has started, cancellation or modification of a personalized order may no longer be possible.

This exception does not affect the customer's rights if the product is:

• defective,
• damaged,
• incorrectly produced by Favoriva,
• or materially different from the confirmed order.

4. Digital Products

Favoriva may offer downloadable or printable digital products.

Digital products are clearly identified on their relevant product pages and are delivered electronically.

Where applicable legal conditions are satisfied, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited for digital content supplied electronically or performed immediately.

This does not affect a customer's right to contact us regarding:

• an inaccessible file,
• a corrupted file,
• an incorrect digital product,
• or another technical problem with the purchased content.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged,
• defective,
• incomplete,
• incorrect,
• incorrectly personalized by Favoriva,
• or otherwise not in conformity with your confirmed order,

please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us evaluate your request, please provide where possible:

• your order number,
• a description of the issue,
• photographs of the product,
• and photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant.

Your mandatory legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

6. How to Request a Return

Before returning a product, please contact Favoriva at:

Please include:

• your name,
• order number,
• the product you wish to return,
• and the reason for the return where relevant.

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products to an address other than the return address communicated for the relevant return unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on:

• the reason for the return,
• whether the return is based on a statutory right,
• the carrier specified in the applicable pre-contract information,
• and applicable consumer legislation.

Where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming due to Favoriva, applicable return costs will be handled in accordance with the Consumer's statutory rights.

Where a valid statutory right of withdrawal is exercised, return shipping costs will be determined in accordance with applicable Turkish distance-sales rules and the information provided to the Consumer before purchase.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal framework, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless Favoriva agrees otherwise.

8. Condition of Returned Products

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The Consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use exceeding what is reasonably necessary for such an inspection, where applicable law provides for such responsibility.

For returns made solely under Favoriva's voluntary 30-day policy, products should meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 1.

9. Refunds

Once a return has been received and reviewed, we will process any refund due in accordance with the applicable return basis and legal requirements.

Where a statutory refund is due, Favoriva will make the repayment within the period required by applicable law.

Where possible and legally required, refunds will be made using a method compatible with the original payment method and without imposing additional charges on the Consumer.

Banks, card issuers and payment service providers may require additional processing time before a completed refund appears in the customer's account.

10. Shipping Charges and Refunds

Where a valid statutory right of withdrawal applies, refund of delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Additional delivery costs resulting solely from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by Favoriva may be treated differently where permitted by law.

For voluntary returns that do not arise from a statutory right or a defective product, original shipping charges may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.

11. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

If preparation or production has not yet started, cancellation may be possible.

For personalized or made-to-order products, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once:

• personalization,
• printing,
• preparation,
• or production

has begun.

Where Favoriva cancels an order after payment has been collected, the amount due will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

12. Exchanges

Favoriva does not guarantee a direct exchange service for every product.

Where an eligible product needs to be replaced, we may arrange:

• a replacement,
• a return followed by a new order,
• or another appropriate solution

depending on the circumstances.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer's statutory rights.

13. Non-Returnable Items

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the following products may not qualify for Favoriva's voluntary return policy:

• personalized products,
• custom-made products,
• products produced specifically to customer instructions,
• downloaded or electronically delivered digital products,
• products damaged through improper use after delivery,
• products that cannot reasonably be resold because of customer-specific customization.

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal are applied only where the conditions required by applicable law are satisfied.

14. Event-Date Orders

Many Favoriva products are purchased for weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthdays and other scheduled events.

An upcoming event date does not itself remove any mandatory consumer rights.

However, customers should consider preparation and delivery times carefully before placing a time-sensitive order.

Where a personalized product has already entered production, cancellation or withdrawal may be subject to the rules applicable to personalized goods.
