These Terms of Service govern the use of the Favoriva website and the purchase of products and services offered through the Favoriva online store.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Favoriva services, you agree to these Terms together with the policies and information made available on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited right to use the file for the purpose stated on the product page.

Before payment, the customer is shown the total amount payable, including applicable product charges, taxes and shipping charges where relevant.

Where an order is required for a particular event date, customers are encouraged to order sufficiently in advance.

Providing an event date does not by itself constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment unless Favoriva expressly confirms a specific delivery date.

Mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

10. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our:
